      Pros

      The company gives a great opportunity to obtain experience and work with highly experienced and talented people on challenging products.

      Cons

      While the company gives a good salary compared to other companies in Jordan, the employee there doesn't usually feel that it's financially stable because the state of the annual raise and bonuses is always unknown and delayed and even cancelled sometimes.

      1) monday to friday work 2) paid vacations and sick days 3) direct deposit as method of payment

      Cons

      the warehouse has no a/c and gets extremely hot, can be forced to work on Saturdays if requested by Management, get no vacation rights until your probation time is through (in 9 months exactly), management has no idea of the insults, fights and male chauvinism that happens every day inside the warehouse on working hours.

We, SEDCO (Systems and Electronics Development company), are a global leader in providing digital branch transformation solutions, our headquarter is in UAE -Dubai, and our working days are from Sunday to Thursday not as you mentioned from Monday to Friday, for the probation period, it ends after 3 months only in all branches not 9 months as you mentioned.       High Management got an old mentality You start with good salary but it takes you 2 years to get a raise The employee doesn't know the status of the company
