      Pros

      The people originally hired before the fraud scandal were among the best.

      Cons

      The new management only after new contracts without ethics or true interest in helping those Seedco should serve.

      Toxic environment. The executive director uses bully antics to scare employees about speaking out. Will retaliate if you speak up against unethical practices

      Pros

      Initially you’d think it’s to help the underserved would be a pro. Not at Seedco or bronxworks! There aren’t any pros to list when you consider the fact that Seedco isn’t what it presents itself to be.

      Cons

      This “organization” is so disorganized from the top down. Their interviewing process is unprofessional. The expectations for degrees, workload doesn’t reflect in the salaries offered/paid. The turnover rate is excessive and it speaks volumes of the Supervisors and Directors of those departments. Definitely do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere.
