Pros

Very busy? Different most days It's a job Monday to Friday Something

Clients forced to go by DSP Lack of training Favoritism biased towards worker who pamper management egos Favored workers bully others to do their work and cover their session and this is ok with managment Management will never stand in between you and an aggressive client, they'll just ignore it Lack of Apathy from Management Numbers focused only Time to do paper work or help clients into jobs not both contracted numbers are doubled because you work here deal with it Reward for meeting targets are here's new targets well done Management loves snitches and bully's and do nothing to stop it Hard honest workers are downtrodden Staff are forced out if they don't meet targets even when not training provided Hostile clients but some staff treated worst than this by peers Staff are made the daily joke target by cliques lead by poor management Low salaries Not worth the stress You're just getting used to work processes and everything is changed Client interviews every half hour and you have to prepare reports constantly If you're sick your clients due in a just sent away and your work have to be booked in when you get back in leading to more stress

Pros

Open to remote working which is refreshing in this day and age. Seem pretty stable even throughout the pandemic.

Cons

No direction at all from upper management, it’s a complete mess. Nobody seems to take ownership for anything, which leads to one unfinished project to another. Your voice is not heard, nor seemingly cared about. Very much a reactive company as opposed to proactive. So many different teams working in silos with little to no collaboration, making it a very hostile work environment, he said she said type attitudes. Heavily reliant on day rate contractors, but not used in the right places. Awful pay, probably because of the contractors. No parking onsite, they advise off road residential parking or a pay and display. Very dated head office, not an environment you’d want to be in every day. Tech given to work with is not suitable for the job, they make a good paperweight - that’s about it.

None at all. Not even one.

Cons

Everything.Terrible place to work. Poor management, no adequate training for staff.Staff are not properly trained in the area of career guidance. It is a sales job with way too much administration.
