      Cons

      HR very strict and can be rude. Adult industry can take its toll on you and people around you. Managers don’t like people that make waves, they want you to do as your told and not speak up. It systems are dated and insecure.

      By far - best company I ever worked for! Very family oriented, friendly and warm atmosphere, with strong community sense, modern and comfortable office space with endless perks: paid benefits, massages, catering, happy hours, birthday celebrations, snacks for any preference including fresh fruit, etc. Lots of social activities! Management is always available, discussions on processes improvements are flowing, changes are welcome, open minds for tools/software, updated hardware, etc. No micromanagement, I get great life/work balance. Definitely feels like we are one big team with mutual goal, where productivity is praised and appreciated. Opportunities to grow within company.

      Maybe too many snack options..Also, missing those happy hours in person (but I know, Covid times, hopefully that will be over soon)
