Pros

Segra is a GREAT place to work! From the interview process, which was quick and to the point, very refreshing, to onboarding everyone was helpful and polite! I can not stress enough how enjoyable the interview process was. No weeks of waiting around, hoping for a call or waiting days on answer’s about next steps. As for once I started, all good things. I frankly have never joined an organization that was/is more welcoming and helpful to a new hire. At this point I’m 6 months in and I couldn’t be happier! The money is great, a more than fair base with a fantastic commission structure. Very excited about my future with Segra!

Cons

Training could have been a little more through out, but my team pitched in and made sure I was prepared to do the job!
