Pros

The company genuinely seems to care about employees feedback. They are working toward improving systems.

Cons

They are extremely understaffed, in every department. People are overworked and asked to do more than should be expected for that particular role. The systems can’t support the workload and is very outdated. You must keep multiple spreadsheets just to try to manage your work. The workload is not balanced throughout the team. Managers tend to micro manage which makes it difficult to function in a way that works well for you.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very thankful for the regular feedback we get from employees in our monthly pulse survey. We recognize we have some work to do, and we have quite a few projects in play to address the needed improvements. We will continue to request employee feedback and develop action plans to address concerns. Again, thank you for sharing.

Segra is a small company with a large network. Every employee has great responsibilities and can move up quickly if they can accomplish

Shallow resource pool, workload can seem taxing if your time management skills are lacking.
