I've been with Segumento for 2 years and can confidently say it's one of the best place to work. The pay is competitive, which is a big plus, especially when paired with the benefits package. Cons
While the core benefits are solid, there is room for improvement in a few areas. Providing more substantial recognition in terms of employee gifts and incentives would be a great addition to the benefits package. These small changes could make an already great place to work even better.
