      Pros

      Great colleagues. Convenient office location. Interesting work, most of the time. Schedule could be flexible, like if I needed to take a day off at the last minute, it wasn't a problem. No worry about getting fired; you'd have to do something truly bad to get fired.

      Cons

      Management not professional; we were basically on our own most of the time. Limited travel perks. Somewhat high school-y feeling in the office. No commission options and bonuses were uninspiring.

      In fact, we are in the process of updating our technology to a uniform, stable platform. New IT team members have brought additional expertise and insights to both our front and back end technology. While not yet ready for online use, various elements are in testing stages for implementation in the very near future. Included in these updates will be a mobile-friendly platform.
