Cons
Don't ever expect to get commissions regardless of how well you personally are doing. If your Branch Manager is not outstanding, you'll never see a penny above your salary. Also, he/she can take up to 50% of a branch bonus should your branch happen to get one regardless of how long he/she has been with the company or the amount of effort put in. Don't expect them to be honest with you. I was lied to multiple times throughout my tenure with this company about upward mobility, commissions, bonuses, raises, and the expectations became unrealistic. Don't expect to hear you've done a great job. My team filled 60 jobs in one week with just two of us and was asked why we didn't fill the 61st opening. Don't expect true training. You are dropped in and expected to learn on your feet with very very minimal training regardless of whether you're completely green or have staffing experience. Be ready.
