      Pros

      an excellent product, some talented personell

      Cons

      Management struggling. From a boutique MDM platform and a great place to work, to a wannabe major player, hiring dozens of middle managers with no understanding of the product. Employees are not respected, bullying is the norm. Taking a profitable company and make it grow by offshoring everything isn't a one size fits all solution, and it won't work at Semarchy

      Nice people and accommodating environment.

      Cons

      This company hired a marketing team while uncertain as to what to expect from it, despite how much we had tempered expectations. Ultimately it appears that this was just a litmus test for if marketing should be an in-house solution or not.
