Great product with some kind sales people and managers

Cons

The opposite of successful management. C-suite will hire in employees and then completely ghost them, without given any goals, responsibilities, or KRAs. You basically have to bother people to be given any tasks and then never be given credit for the work. I assume that within the next fiscal, they will get rid of everyone outside of sales and automate their whole operation.

There was a few good people who worked there, but they recently were fired.

Cons

No perks, no stability, and leadership that’s constantly grouchy and unapproachable. Upper management just wiped out nearly the entire staff with no warning, which shows exactly how little they value employees. Avoid if you want respect or job security.

Good product, smart team who can often make the "impossible" possible regarding data workflows Friendly co-workers Autonomy over your work Decent compensation packages The want for change and improvement with marketing / sales/ client support strategies are there... (see cons)

Cons

.... however, new ideas / suggestions for improving processes are typically met with rejection from CEO and rarely come to fruition. CEO is often too involved and can be condescending to clients and employees. No culture, feels like you're working on your own island.
