      CEO sold us out, we're all fired

      Pros

      The place had an awesome culture and wonderful people to work with. Some of the most brilliant in the biz.

      Cons

      The CEO was brought in to effect an exit event so the investors could at least make a modest profit. The sale was sprung on us with little warning and we're told our jobs are not going to be here for long.

      Worked with one good developer

      Cons

      Company has no direction after some important people left. Most developers had an attitude. Not much recognition after contributing much for a product. Trying to keep alive old framework with many issues and not much qa.

      Great devs, horrible management

      Pros

      The developers I worked with were great people and very smart. We could have done anything!

      Cons

      Never enough manpower to do what was required. Horrible management decisions such as licensing and 5 pack minimum purchases. Management killed the community, lessened the equity and sold the company that is laying off everyone from every department.
