      Pros

      Decisions are made at the lowest level. Key perfomers (at all levels) are rewarded. Great opportunities for individual who have aspirations. In our location, our VP encourages us to be open and he is very willing to take in new ideas.

      Cons

      Sensient is not a company for everyone. You need to be self driven, hungry for result. If you need detailed instruction as to how to accomplish the challenge, this is not the company. There is too many urban legends which made individuals fearful of making decisions.

      Sensient offers great opportunities for growth, pay and benefits. Not only do I have a challenging and fun job but our management team is focused, the strategy of the organization is clear and there’s always something new to keep your role interesting.

      Pros

      Good culture with great bosses. There is always a discussion or meeting with the manager to understand your role. The leaders are always open for ideas to encourage creativity and make your work process easier. There is quarterly session or constant updates from the CEO or leaders via videos or blog so that the ground staff are aware of the strategies and growth of the company. The company invest highly in systems which makes our work more convenience and eliminate some of the administrative stuff.

      Cons

      Maybe some dress down days and better benefits to be more competitive in the industries.
