A great place to grow as a professional

Pros

This is a place where you will be given the freedom to grow professionally. You are rarely limited by red tape or micro-management - instead you are trusted and treated like an adult. Highly employee-focused organization - great bonus potential and paid time off, stocked break room and frequent catered lunches, plenty of job and product training available

Cons

Extremely fast-paced environment, some will find the pressure to be intense

Pros

The growth opportunities at sentinel are amazing. I have been here for 2 1/2 years and have never excelled more before. They have faith and trust in their employees. They push us out of our comfort zone while supporting our learning curves. I love the advice and mentorship I get from all the directors as well as HR. With the trainings that are offered regularly as well as the director herself, I couldn’t ask for a better company to work for.

Cons

The only “con” I would say, I wish there was more training on new products.

Good Benefits, Competitive Salary, Bad Leadership

Pros

The benefits at this company are really great and the salary stacked up to be competitive with others in the industry. They have committees for employees to be involved in which are great and they try to recognize employees.

Cons

Aside from the bad apples that you will get at every company, the leadership seems to be lost on what to do. They currently have an interim president right now that is not very involved in the business and who they have in the helm doesn't seem to know what he's doing - a lot of people are left with many questions and the company culture has shifted as to where it doesn't feel like the employees are very much supported.
