Can learn alot of management skills and gain events experience. Staff is very fun to work with

Long hours, safety is not really a priority.

Good friendly culture with a lot of students during vacation time. Good to interact with tourists. Superiors are usually friendly and good to us.

Lunch would be a problem if posted at a very far station as travelling time back would be included in the lunch time.

fun environment to work in with many young and energetic colleagues. interesting job scopes available but you must be passionate about the industry

can be a little too niche for those who are not sure about staying in the industry. management needs to be clear of business direction for the organisation

It is a really employee-friendly workplace. The department heads gave me many opportunities to self improve and to learn new stuff. Working hour is rather flexible. Staff there work hard, and play hard.

Sometimes it would be tiring and required long overtime hours staying in the office/at the sites during events and festival celebrations. Nevertheless, staff can enjoy themselves during working hours because of the fun working environment created.
