      - While the salary offerings could be a little higher, it's essential to note that the company is in its growth phase. - Sentuh Sinergi presents vast potential. Its working environment is on par with, if not surpassing, many global corporations and MNCs.

      Pros

      The company culture is good. Everybody has the opportunity to shine and get involved. Captures the whole startup culture, fast moving, adaptable and quick decision making. Although the current pandemic has left the company unable to provide the normal services, but the team is nimble enough to develop new services verticals and are busy making the final changes before the new launch.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the current Covid pandemic has left the company unable to provide the normal services, as per allowed by the Government. Revenue and cashflow has been significantly affected after more than 12 months of closure.
