Very supportive and understanding of my extra needs - and have been supportive whilst I navigate recent and ongoing neurological diagnosis My line manager is great to work for. He is motivating, friendly and gives you the time and effort needed to help you make money. - could not praise him enough. HR are on hand if needed - they are also understanding of my needs

Cons

Being a strong and together team that can laugh and be loud in the sales environment we thought the company was trying to achieve can lead to unfavourable opinions of you and your team, despite strong KPI's across the board. They allow perception to skew reality in that sense.

You do well if your face fits and you have mates in the right places, some certain people barely hitting KPIs seem to get away with it, but if you you're not in with the 'clique' the minute your kpi's start going down you're on a pip
