      Pros

      The people. A great friendly atmosphere. People work hard but everyone is generally very respectful. The culture. Lots of social activities for staff, inclusive environment and great wellbeing/health other benefits. Interesting customers and projects to be involved with.

      Cons

      Only leaving as I'm moving countries. Would be great if they could expand in Europe.

      Pros

      Excellent Company at a very exciting time for growth - while still having a really friendly and constructive group of people to work with. Management and senior people are really generous with their time and supportive of initiative taken. For work culture the best company I have worked with over my 10 year career so far. Only personal reasons have meant I’ve had to move on.
