Pros

They talk a big game when they hire you.

Cons

Sales team brings opportunities that they price so high you can't win, or they cant even handle the scope. Then they ride you for more opportunities. Very clicky. High turnover. If you don't party with managers when they're in town, they look down on you. Get in line or get out. Their main sales tactics are taking prospects out to get drunk and sending sales people to storm hit areas to take advantage of people in need.
