Cons

Too much workload, want you to recruit do bookings, do business everything alone!! no praises they expect too much, get rid of people for no reason and leave the company to struggle between a small amount of people. Only care about their pockets. No proper bonus only 10%. Worst company I have ever worked for!!!!! Looks good at first but deep down they don’t care many more recruitment jobs that will take care of your needs promptly

Some really nice people work in Servisource. Hours are reasonable. Pay is reasonable.

Cons

There is a clique of senior management who will manage you out of the company if you don't fit in. Dress code policy is circa 1950s. HR turn a blind eye to managers bullying and harassment of their staff. Personal WhatsApp groups amongst staff banned, Morning chat about personal life banned, just get in, get to work. The amount of good staff they have lost over the last 12mths is frightening.
