      Headquarters lacking knowledge

      Pros

      They seem welcoming and friendly at first willing to help out and answer questions for you for the first few months.

      Cons

      Never have I ever been at a company is poorly run and mismanaged. The fact of the matter is they are exploiting cheap labor in their India office to do work in DC, Virginia, NY office. Bare in mind they have no clue how different cities are have different codes and laws to follow.

      Good entry MEP position but bad management

      Pros

      Small/mid sized firm that is family oriented. Seniors are helpful and you work with all disciplines. Projects are interesting if you like the MEP field.

      Cons

      Salary is not comparable to other MEP firms. You could be terminated without warning. Management and directors are shady. Not much help if want to go obtain license/degree/certificates

      Pros

      -Diverse really friendly people. -Ability to get out of the office and work in the field. -Tons of projects to gain experience from. -Happy hours

      Cons

      -Salary is not competitive in the slightest. (Offered 45k out of school for engineering position) -Do not give two weeks or you will simply be terministed. Very selfish mentality to expect employees to give notice when they fail to do the same on a reguar basis.
