      Pros

      - Great office - lunches at office - fantastic people to work with

      Cons

      - no ESOPs - founders are no more invested in the business - the CBO is egoistic and full of hatred for everyone not hired by him directly - the company has been firing people on a 7 day notice since the acquisition by PineLabs has happened -there is no career growth and a lot of stagnancy after a year

      No pros exist anymore at Setu

      Cons

      The leadership jumps and avoids the real questions. Strongly feel that even they do not know what business / market they are trying to be a part of, solely depended on Pine Labs to function as an organisation. They have been treating employees poorly - with lots of additional work and no increments to speak off.

The management team at Setu is knowledgeable, approachable and always available to lend a hand. have also been impressed with the company's investment in providing its employees with the resources and tools necessary to succeed in their roles. One of the standout features of working at Setu is its emphasis on innovation and creativity. The company encourages employees to think outside the box and brings new ideas to the table. This dynamic and forward-thinking approach has made my time at Setu both challenging and rewarding.

      Just one thing I felt is a lack of direction and focus - Without a clear vision, it can be challenging for employees to understand the company's goals and objectives, leading to a lack of direction and focus. Show your employees the big bold picture and how someone can work with Setu for a long time.
