Cool swag, immediate manager was nice but was not really around for any kind of real support or rapport.
Cons
Job description and interview depicted a more socially engaged role, turned out to be mailing and emails exclusively. Heavy policing of time Boring - not engaging Faux interest from management without actual care policy in place to support struggling employee
