Pros

Decent pay, lots of fun, good people, better hours than most retail jobs ( its still retail though) the company really cares about making things better and listens to the staff.

Cons

no company is perfect but Shane co tries hard to fix things when they know its wrong. The worst part of working here is that is it retail which is not really something they can change. Health benefits are expensive for families but again still better than most or all retail companies.

Good feedback, and we appreciate you taking the time to share! Healthcare costs continue to rise and this year was no exception. However, the company makes a huge effort to assume more burden than the employees. Wonderful Environment

Pros

Great staff and everyone seems to genuinely care about each other and our customers. Compensation is at a point that allows you to focus on the customers needs rather than personal financial gains Upper management carries the idea of putting people first both customers and staff

Cons

Little opportunity to sit down from standing extended periods of time.
