• perfect setup for a performance marketeer to be happy! • informed decision making based on sufficient data and tools • regular feedback and real interest in our personal growth plans • enough freedom to work on different projects • welcoming, supportive and grateful culture • very few gossip
Cons
• last-minute decision making - but show me one company where this does not happen except for large entities such as BMW
