      Fantastic experience overall. The leadership is supportive, the team is highly driven, and there is a strong focus on ownership and results. You get real responsibility and the chance to shape strategy from day one. Fast-paced, data-driven, and full of smart, kind people. Great place for ambitious professionals who want to make an impact.

      You need to like the in office culture and be open to travel to clients.

      Pros

      - Strong pupose in terms of self-awareness, learning & development, etc. - is not only lived for clients, but also in the company itself - I have rarely experienced such self-reflective and development-oriented colleagues - Great product, combing 1:1 coaching with digital learning and HR dashboard, top coach pool - Authentically lived feedback culture - ... many more :-)

      - Sometimes reactively driven instead of pursuing issues in a consistent and structured way

Also much appreciated for the constructive pointer, whilst consistency and and structured resolving isn't there yet on the level we'd ideally be, it is definitely a point that we would like to improve as well proactively.
