Pros
Highly promising product, hats off to the CEO (the kindest ever), VP of product (invested in the solution), and good pay. Aside of that really solid product with a great long term strategy. The pre-sales and implementation team are the friendliest and most cooperative people ever. If I had to say one thing: it is KK who has taken the company to the next level!
Cons
1- HR (local and global) makes decision without even investigating both parties. 2- Politics on a regional aspect (constant conflict between the head of the region and other team members) only emphasizing on the weakness. 3- regional HR and admin lacks awareness of regional legislation with zero interest in improving the well being of the team.
