      cant think of much but its a start for experiencing sme culture

      Cons

      toxic work culture, long hours, very low pay package, cant see the career progression, the organization is mostly foreigners like Malaysian chinese because most sinkies no willing to accept their low pay offered, the audit department mid level manager is narcissistic and always prey on the young girls.
