Cons
These guys are messy and have no clue on work assignment or work engagement. Total chaos everywhere. On top they keep making false promise on company valuation whereas the company is loosing customers and value is hardly 3-4 million max. Partners are very mischievous and cheapskate. They sell and copy one client work and double bill the same work for all other client. when the client scream for details when they shout at employees . Make them work on weekend and long hours without asking. Same for both offshore and onsite in USA. Worst place to work unless you have no other choice.

Senior management has no idea what they are doing. Couldn't find a decent idea with 2 hands, a roadmap, and a flashlight.
