Pros
Pay is highly negotiable unless you are an intern. I was truly horrified by how many interns were treated. The NYC office doesn't have any partners in house (a bonus). The London office seems fantastic (also doesn't have any partners).
Cons
Staff required to work round the clock and at the whim of management. Management is disorganized, petty, uneducated and unethical. Many inappropriate text messages and emails were sent out regularly. These included texts with sexual connotations as well as messages with the intent to harass. They generally have no idea how to run a business other than through coercion and intimidation.

It's a strong team that is family oriented. You work at beautiful venues and the pay is great.
Cons
None if you work hard they book you.
