      Discount on the product. helping customers.

      Children run the place. Hired me to work all the busy holidays and then fired me because I didn't let a budtender buy weed after we were closed at 2:30am. What a joke. Felt like I was in high school. They also don't understand scheduling at all. 4 Ten hour shifts is great but not if you close at 3am and open at 7am! Then after working all the holidays for them they tried to not pay me my last check and shorted me. You win Show grow, you win.

      Underpaid and you have to do and know the most

      Pros

      Some of the people are fun and i say SOME, discount is alright i mean Los Angeles legal market and trap shops are still cheaper. Schedule is sometimes good. Nice location

      Cons

      You are underpaid though you have to answer phones, give directions , know cannabis information as well as cbd , email , label , make cards & take in invoices as well as badge people and when you are a lead you still will only be 12$ an hour. Any admin jobs should be at least 15$ an hour . No benefits at all , some favoritism , they have “trap shops” in corona and lake Elsinore but they make more than the people working at the licensed storefront , and i was told some of HR didn’t have college degrees so don’t let them underpay you .

      Been a real blast working here. It took me awhile to find an amazing lifestyle based company to help market and w ShowGrow, well.. I've been here for almost 2 years now! They do amazing campaigns whether it's through music with Mayer Hawthorne, Rebelution, and DJ Craze or community service with feeding skid row, dtla womens shelter, etc etc. ShowGrow knows how to have fun and get work done. Plus I mean... well... best designed dispensaries carrying the best weed... what else is there to say? Long Beach, Santa Ana, Vegas, and way more to come.

      Cons

      The cannabis industry in general has a lot of legislation that changes week to week which honestly makes my job extremely difficult because you can't plan too far in advance for things where in other industries you'd be able to...
