- The tech team is very friendly and very nice to interact with. - The technology teams of the company are compact, so there was always a lot of work to do, which was a big opportunity to learn and grew my career. - Stable. I worked during 5 years and was never worried about job stability. - Salary growth. The salary was not a FAANG salary, but as the product was growing so was my salary , so I was always happy with my compensation. - Great health benefits.

Cons

- As the dev teams were not so big, sometimes the amount of work could become stressful.
