Pros

- Solid Benefits - Not a bad place to pick up a few skills before moving on. - Engineering talent covers the entire spectrum from sub par to exceptional. - Prospective candidates : make sure you interview with multiple people on the team you'll be a part of - there are good managers and teams here, but many lousy and unhappy ones as well. Tune up your bs detector !

Cons

- Zero vision from the executive team. - Minimal communication from the executive team. - Layoffs conducted in an exceptionally unprofessional and erratic manner. - This company has failed to make any significant progress on addressing (or even acknowledging) their major issues.
