Pros

Great team support, salary on time , good incentives

Cons

1-Management wont see anything they do wrong as they will annoy with constant follow ups and 4 meetings in a day in which they will talk about same thing 2- Sales job in this company is full of stress because management is not from sales so they dont know the on ground reality on how sale works and will ask you silly questions for example like 20 sales out of 100 where are the rest 80 3- no festivals off and even on national holiday and no compensations off for those days 4 - you work 25 days in a month and once sale cycle ends you'll be working the very next day not even a day off 5- Management wont listen to your ideas as they are too proud to admit that employee can be right and have a valid point 6- no work life balance they will message you even in as late as 10pm and expect a reply and if you don't reply then get ready for taunt 7- they will ask you to work on even on your off day by saying that out 1-2 hours only 8- they will guilt you to even ask for the leave you deserve 9- they will intervene in each and everything 10- no matter how good and big numbers you get everytime , once you miss your target they will disrespect you , taunt you and even give you warning 11- Arjun bhandari as a sales manager was the best thing to this company but the management shifted that talented guy to hiring and made themselves managers people who dont even have a 1 percent idea about sales. 12- Unfair distribution of leads , its so evident that they dont even try to hide it anymore

Pros

They use interactive tools like Gather for a virtual office environment which is really cool and the Team members are amazing and very supportive.

Cons

1) The mindset of the proprietors is extremely traditional, especially the people heading this thing, and are not ready to listen to his employees' needs and lack empathy as well. They are really intrusive and put restrictions on how you work in a virtual environment as well. They do not understand that the work style of each and every individual is different, more so at home. 3) The working hours are really long for a Sales role. When they hired the employees, they had mentioned on the offer letter that the timings would be 10-8, but later on extended the work timings by an hour from 9:30 in the morning to 8:30 at night, which usually goes on till 9-9:30 also. 4) The targets are unrealistic for most people and the lead quality is usually bad, but they still blame the employees who are working 12 hours daily and do not accept the mistakes on their end. 5) The management is not ready to listen to any feedback from the employees and will stick to their own beliefs and strategy. 6) The training department is in shambles and there is no proper strategy for training for new joiners. 7) The work is extremely monotonous, and the competitors in the same space are simply better (Be it the quality or the pricing). 8) The HR departments lowballs a lot during the hiring process and there is a lot of pay disparity among the team members. There is no Hierarchy set in the office and they claim that the CEO is really approachable, but that is not true. 9) The growth rate is extremely slow, even in a dynamic department like Sales. The position offered is just to make you feel good about it, but at the end of the day, you are at an associate level. Lastly, there is no option for CEO approval rating, so I'll just say that I do not endorse him

Pros

Great people you get to meet, the people in this company especially the sales people are super nice. They give you the yoga packages for free, but idk who really wants them.

Cons

1) The work life balance is not something they would care about ever, 11-12hours of shift everyday. 2) The offer letter says end the day by 7:30-8PM but that’s a lie plus no compensation for extra work hours. 3) No reimbursement of WiFi or phone bill along with this, no other perks, it you and your salary. 4) incentive structures sucks, it’s 3% to hit your target and if you miss it by 1000 you don’t get anything. No incentive on per sale basis. 5) The target is always set higher if you achieve it once also, because I guess they just don’t want to shed anything extra. 6) Don’t feel sad but the employer/management itself will let you know that you are just disposable asset.
