      Pros

      Most of your co-workers are nice friendly people.

      Cons

      Management-unfocused and indifferent.  Reduction in hours.  Staggered shifts, staffing the warehouse with one or two people.  Minimum wage, low hours, no PTO, PT only with no healthcare benefits and growth.  A 50 cent raise after 1 year.  Poor healthcare coverage-high deductibles/co-insurance for FT. Nepotism and non-existent employee morale. Revolving door.  Items left in the warehouse for 4+ days. Laying off staff and reducing packaging in order to appear to have made a quarterly profit.

      Pros

      Best people I have worked with excluding the so called executives. Smart, focused, down to earth and get work done sort of people. It was a pleasure working with people with such high caliber.

      Cons

      Executives! The CEO Kevin is a good person and genuinely cares about his employees well being if you are a senior employee, the rest don't exist. The rest of the Executives are the reason why all legacy employees are leaving. They are only focused on what's shiny and what they think it's a great idea. Input and ideas from other departments are ignored and then later realized as their own ideas and everyone clasp.

      Pros

      Can get a great title quickly if you play the political game. There are a few good people left - for now.

      Cons

      Nobody is excited to be at this company. Most talented people are leaving. The exec team is incapable of relating to the employees, and seriously, deeply manipulative and political. This might work at a company 5 x the size but it doesn't work here No growth or business development at all - just endlessly being distracted by new ideas that never seem to work out.
