      Pros

      Sibridge generally gets leadership projects within fortune 100 companies. Consultants theough management are very senior and you will not find yourself working with new college hires. Sibridge ownership and management are great people that really care about all the people they work with.

      Cons

      There can be heavy travel and hours depending on the project. Company growth has been stagnet which prevents employee growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Great work, life balance. No micro-management, entrprenueral spirit, treated with respect, small, some projects with high responsibity, consult with large companies, ample bench time in between projects, all management are very nice people, free to pursue outside interests, smart experienced consultants,

      Cons

      no advancement, stagnant company growth, many projects are staff augmentation, some projects don't fully utilize consultants abilities, high travel projects, less collaboration than expected
