It seems from your feedback that you are a current employee therefore I would request you to meet me so that I can understand your concerns around the management and company in general. We as an organisation believe in working closely to help achieve the organisation goals and we don't consider it micromanagement. We have a very strong and capable management and a solid technical team. Since you are part of the journey, I hope you would realise that it is not easy to start and grow companies like ours in this industry. I would strongly recommend you to take timeout and meet/talk to other members. We don't encourage or discourage anyone to use this platform, it is individuals choice. Our policies are 100% compliant with all the regulatory and legal requirements however we do work as any other startup in the world. Our shareholders are proud of our achievements and hence their confidence has increased with every passing year. It seems from your review that you are not a people manager therefore I am little surprised about your strong views around every CXO and the senior management team. I would request you to take time out and setup a meeting with anyone of them as it will help you in your journey with us. We strongly believe that only with positive views and positive approach an individual can grow and contribute therefore I am willing to work with you to understand your concerns and address them.
