Pros
Flexible work hours during the week, business casual dress code, fun office environment with like minded people that care about you as a person. Chance to network with alumni from across the country leads to potential for job opportunites
Cons
Frequent evening conference calls can be time consuming and a constant feeling of always having to be call for volunteers. Due to the structure of the fraternity, not a lot of responsibility and ownership of tasks are given to staff. Also, not much upward mobility in terms of growth, title and pay.
