Pros

Some of the co workers are nice Immediate supervisor is understanding

Cons

Pay is a joke (15/hr) Corporate leadership is desperately out of touch Always trying to implement new plans and then immediately delay them once they find out it’s difficult Customers are rude and hapless HR took several months to even consider buying ergonomic equipment after 2 assessments and a month and a half of saying they’ll get back to me I hear so much casual ableism from my coworkers every single day No one likes working here PTO accrual is slow; have to use PTO for sick days and you can have negative PTO balance 5 people who sit near me depressingly joke about having no money in their bank account

Pros

Can’t think of any pros

Cons

Management is cliquey and hand picks their favorites for advancement or special projects. Unrealistic expectations for orders entered in a day. Numbers can only be achieved if you have a specific account assigned to you. Pay is a joke as are the “ core values” they claim to due business by. First sign of a slow down and they lay off 100 people
