A significant amount of time is spent on goal setting, performance tracking, and repeated documentation. The process feels heavy with limited visible connection to outcomes or improvement. In practice, compensation and recognition do not appear consistently aligned with the evaluation processes across employees, which creates a sense of disconnect between effort, assessment, and reward. There are also noticeable differences in how teams and offices are treated. Some departments feel clearly more valued than others, which affects overall fairness and morale. At the end of my employment, I had to escalate a legally required payment after initial refusals from HR (People Services), despite the obligation being clear under applicable law. It was only after escalation that it was resolved. This created a strong impression of poor professionalism and lack of accountability.
