Nice team member, they understand if you have some personal emergency. Well organized company, good managers. I would say that you will never want to leave this company.

Cons

Sometimes (very rare, i`d say 1-2 times a year) there are urgent tasks that needs to be solved in a few hours, but this happens to any company.
