Company was gutted

Pros

Signal was a great place to work until M-South purchased it. Compensation was fair. Quotas were fair.

Cons

After M-South came aboard they demoted Signal managers en mass, bringing in hatchet employees to cut costs for the sole purpose of selling off the company. They promised many reasonable things but never delivered. Couldn't get any tools to do the work.
