      Pros

      The management team and operational staff at Signature Resources are great to work with. The firm provides incredible support to help advisors do their job and serve their clients. The leadership is caring and they have ongoing support and tools to help advisors grow their skill sets so they can provide excellent service to clients. Additionally, the management team has an open door policy and go the extra mile for their advisors.

      No business is a complete utopia but the managing partners are caring and willing to work things out when challenges arise.

      This is a great place to work. Management really cares about their employees, providing excellent resources to help you become successful. You set your own hours and the income is unlimited. If you are a motivated, self starter, looking to start your own business with support from a fortune 100 company, then this job is for you!
