Pros

Not many pros besides the occasional free pizza after knocking on doors for 10+ hours a day MARK HELPFUL IF YOU AGREEE WITH WHAT WAS SAID.

Cons

They make the opportunity sound very glamorous like they are trying to sell you something. Which they just so happened to sell me on. They are extremely vague during the interview process. And don’t really tell you what your going to be doing. Turns out the company’s business scheme is going door to door in neighbourhoods selling Verizon to poor people that can’t afford it. The company is extremely unethical with them binding people into contracts with Verizon that aren’t even capable of understanding anything you tell them. The spirit of the company is who can rip the most people off in a day. They target low income areas because the people don’t care about there credit and just want a free month of cable until it gets turned off. They expect you to pull 12 hour work days with you not getting back to the office until 9:30pm with zero compensation after 2 weeks. They expect you to do this circle dance “bell party” when you get back. Which is extremely childish. Who wants to dance after working a 12 hour day being dropped off in the ghetto and walking door to door selling stuff to people in a con way. Like we want to see our family’s. They give you a hard time if your not participating and don’t seem happy. They fool uneducated people into running them serves ragged in hopes of one day becoming a business owner. They tell you to lie about the product to get people to buy it. And I’ve witnessed first hand management glitch the Verizon tablet system to bypass credit checks when selling to people that can’t be approved. Management thinks they are business geniuses and could “out work top business college graduates” when in reality half of them haven’t even obtained a business degree. They shuffle people in and out of the company in 1-3 weeks at a time no one last and I can’t tell you one person that is still there when I was there besides the 4 managers that work under the owner. Nothing against someone that hasn’t obtained a college degree but even if you haven’t you could find a way better opportunity somewhere else. They have an HR team that write fake reviews on here a lot so don’t be fooled by the ratings. One of the most corrupt companies I have ever seen and would not be shocked if they get caught with tax evasion or partaking in unethical practices. The one thing that they have on there side is the illusion of signature being the sole entity. But it turns out each manger forms their own sub company with names that are extremely unprofessional. And I see why they do this because it makes it increasingly hard to investigate a company who doesn’t even pop up or exist on the internet. And functions extremely secretively. If your looking at a internship listing and think it could be a good opportunity think again. It isn’t a internship at all your doing the same job as someone that walks in off the street would do. I wish I could go back and have taken an opportunity with an actual company that would have taught me something more than how to pull up on people in the ghetto. That was one key take away It did improve my communication skills. But having to where suits every day to a job that requires you to walk all day door to door is completely stupid. At the end of the day your a door to door sales man. Why are you being required to wear a suit. They con people into thinking they are working some corporate finance job or something. When they are doing quite the opposite. Their HR team is either completely oblivious to the corruption that’s going on. Which I find to not be the case. Or their sole purpose is to cover up reviews like this and put out pics of the “team” which if you take a close look at them no one is ever there long it’s a different group of people every month.

Pros

After careful consideration, I cannot think of any benefits.

Cons

This company is a multi-level marketing scheme. It preys upon inexperienced employees and does not fairly compensate its employees.

Pros

It has a nice building.

Cons

It is absolutely ridiculous. I am telling you, DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE EDUCATION OR DEGREE. They're always hiring because people are always quitting. You have to go door to door for legit 7 hours. They expect you to work weekends too. You don't get paid hourly or salary. You only get paid if you make a sale, and I promise you, it doesn't matter if your Beyonce herself, most people do not even want the time of day to hear your pitch. I'm a girl and quit after the first week. No way in hell am I roaming the streets of Camden BY MYSELF. For 7 hours. For zero pay. You just get dropped off and your expected to knock on doors. It's insane. Ignore the hype, it's a complete waste of time, gas, money, and more importantly, your hard earned college degree.
