Siilo is the best company for people who are looking the place to work with a great people. The leads of Siilo are very approachable, they are like your buddies to have fun with. Great policies around work-life balanced work, hybrid (remote or in-office) work and generous learning benefit

Friendly atmosphere, not too many employees, open mindset and possibility to work from home

Messy structure and company goals, a lot of struggles in regards to the finances and chaotic decisions around employees contracts termination, but this is a part most of start up companies face nowadays, i bet
