      Pros

      SVM is a small company that has been able to weather the ups and downs of the industry. A close-knit group of professionals make this a great working environment.

      None that come to mind.

      Thank you for the review. We are a small company and despite our size, we have been successful and profitable for 26 years. The semiconductor industry is a mature market and many factors contribute to market fluctuations. We have been very fortunate throughout the years to continue growing and prospering even during the times when the economy was in recession and the market was very low. We are extremely thankful to have a team of people that are professional, customer service oriented and dedicated to SVM. Thank you again for your review and for being part of our team at SVM!

      The family style atmosphere make coming to work a joy and a reward

      The people, the environment, the knowledge/expertise, and most of all the family style atmosphere make coming to work a joy and a reward. We may be a smaller company, but the energy is so powerful and the teamwork is one of a kind.

      I'm extremely lucky to have been given the opportunity to work for a company that always acknowledges and rewards the team for their hard work and dedication. Companies like Silicon Valley Microelectronics are few and far between. We are small group but a close one. We all work for the same team and the same goal to see Silicon Valley Microelectronics succeed.
