Pros

Insecure and incompetent management make you feel better about yourself as a person.

Cons

Management are threatened by anyone who can think for themselves. They pick favourites who are equally out of their depth and stick together. Bullying and intimidation tactics are all they have. Not the place it used to be.

Seems like a nice place to start with but after several months the cracks start to show. High expectations, kick down culture and rivalry. Processes that are not customer centered and make customers worse off while you take the flack over it. Also gaslighting staff.

Good to have some community nursing experience but the workplace is unfair

No night shifts , free parking. Majority of clients are friendly. Nursing team is very supportive and helpful.

Cons

Nature of work: Mandatory client site visits even during extreme weather warnings. Unpredictable workload spikes on short notice. Culture: Management is unapproachable and creates a dismissive environment. Growth: Zero upward mobility for part-time roles. Training : Stagnant environment with no focus on learning or development. Management : Disregard for staff turnover and its impact on the team
