      the salary can be excellent if you are willing to put in 13 hours days

      Cons

      The management do not care about the staff - its all about the money The upper management have unrealistic expectations, do not value the staff, they are rude - they do not seem to know the meaning of motivation

      Excellent benefits, good vacation policy with great cruise benefits

      Cons

      Since privately owned company at mercy of owner who is known for changing upper level management every 2 years. This time over the top change. Entire company moved to Miami because that is where cruise line owner, Manfredi has his condo. Over 200 loyal employees forced to uproot and commute over 1 hour 30 minutes.
