Nepotism runs high in the Calgary office-deal with it, or else.
Sales team dictates the direction of the company.
Senior Management are all trapped in the 80's (they sell complex automation and instrumentation products but, can barely use a cell phone competently, let alone a computer).
VPs are all gutless yes-men who blindly carry out the orders of Senior Management without thought of their own.
