there's nothing good about them

- sales team works against the rest of the staff and PMs get to deal with screaming clients all day - invasive tracker app must be installed that records your screen and you stop getting paid if you are idle for 10 mins - terrible pay for terrible work - ethically unsound, making staff blatantly lie to the customers
